Sore Throat Gargle (herb mix)

This gargle provides amazing sore throat relief by easing pain, reducing inflammation, loosening phlegm that can contribute to a sore throat, and killing bacteria in the throat. 

Simply add 2 tbsp of herb mix to 8 oz of distilled water, allow to steep for 7 minutes, strain, and add 4 oz of apple cider vinegar. Gargle with this mixture several times a day for effective relief. 

This package comes in a 1.5oz sealed bag. This will make up to 3 boils. Each boil, will make several gargles. 

Ingredients: Salvia Officinalis (Sage Leaf), Mentha Piperita (Peppermint leaf), Organic Kosher Sea salt.
