Product Questions 

1. Do you make special blends or special items by request?

A: We currently do take special requests, if you would to inquire about a special request, please email us with your request and information at wellflowerapothecary@gmail.com

2.How many servings does a 2.5oz bag of tea make

A: Sevings can vary person to person based on individual taste preference, and strength brewed. Or normal 2.5oz bags of tea, can make anywhere fom 15-30 servings. We suggest 1tsp-1tbsp of tea per 8oz

3. Are your herbal products certified organic 

A: All of our products are handcrafted in a single state of the art kitchen, although our products have not been certified as organic, all of our herbs are pruchased from a local argiculture producer that is certified organic, Non GMO verified, and certified Kosher. This is the only manufactuer we use. 

4. Are there any precautions with taking herbal supplements 

A: We recommend that with any herbal supplement that you consult a licensed healthcare professional before starting a new herbal regimen. Some herbs may have side effects and can cause allergic reactions in some. Some herbs are not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, and some herbs can interact with certain medications. It is always our recommendation to contact your license physician before partaking in herbal products. 

 

Shipping Questions 

1.How long will it take to receive my product

A: All of our products are shipped via USPS, either First class or Priority mail. Shipping options and times are available at checkout. Due to COVID-19 shipping times may take longer. We currently have a processing time of 1-3 business days, and ship 2x per week. We thank you for your patience. 

2. What is processing time

A: Processing time is the amount of time it take for us to create, package, fulfill, and get an order shipped out to you. 

3. Will I receive a tracking number

A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number delivered to your email or via sms based on the settings you chose during checkout.
