Our Breathe Life tea blend Incorporates wonderful herbs like Mullein, Peppermint leaf, Marshmallow root, Horehound, and more...to not only open up the lungs, but to really break up mucus and bring lubrication to the lungs, throat, and intestines to soothe and help coughing becoming more productive. This is a great expectorant and decongestant, and its properties have been well researched for their effectiveness of providing respiratory health and support.

🌱 Mullein Leaf and flowers are classified in traditional herbal literature as expectorants (promotes the discharge of mucus) and demulcents (soothes irritated mucous membranes). Historically, mullein has been used by herbalists as a remedy for the respiratory tract, particularly in cases of irritating coughs with bronchial congestion.
