Breathe Life steam (Respiratory & Sinus support)

Nothing breaks up mucus better than a good steam treatment. Our Breathe Life steam is filled with amazing herbs like Sage leaf, Thyme, White pine bark, and Lemon balm. These herbs work to combat inflamed nasal tissue, rich in aromatic oils that really get deep down into the nasal passages lungs and throat, to clear up mucus, break up congestion, and get you some relief fast.

Easy to use: Following directions, add contents of bag into spring or distilled water, bring to a boil. Place steamed herbs and water into a heat safe bowl, allow your head to be placed over the bowl (exercising caution and safety with distance) allow the steam and the beautiful aroma to fill your nostrils and enjoy the relief.

-1.5oz make approx 1-3 steams (based on strength desired)

-3oz makes approx 3-6 steams (based of strength desired)
