Simply rub a small amount on temples, forehead, shoulders, back of neck, or where tension persists, during or at the beginning of an onset to feel relief.

Ingredients: 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oil of: Peppermint, Marjoram, Lavender, and Frankincense. Grape seed oil (as carrier). 5% dilution
